fun tip: Get Rid of Ants

Put small piles of cornmeal where you see
ants. They eat it, take it "home," & can't digest it so it kills
them. It may take a week or so, especially if it rains, but it
works & you don't have the worry about pets or small children being harmed!

fun tip: Squirrel Away!

How do I earn gifts?

It is very easy to earn quality gifts from your party that will give you a lifetime of use and pleasure. The higher the sales and number of new party bookings from your party, the greater your gift options will be.
Your Demonstrator will be able to provide many tips and hints from their personal experience to help you plan for a fun and successful event so it’s in your interests to sit with your Demonstrator to thoroughly plan your party.
The first step is to decide what gift(s) you would like to receive from hosting your party. Even if you have booked to help a friend it makes sense to ensure you are rewarded.

fun tip: MINE!!!!!

If you purchase a new bike for your child, place
their picture inside the handle bar before placing the
grips on. If the bike is stolen and later recovered, remove
the grip and there is your proof of ownership.

What is my role in the party?

As the Host we want you to have the best experience possible. Your Demonstrator will work closely with you so that on the day (or night) of your party, you just need to sit back, relax and have fun with your guests.
Before your party, your role is to invite the guests and remind them a couple of days before. Purchase any ingredients required for the theme and have these ready along with any specific kitchen equipment (i.e. baking tray) on the day.
Your friends and family will not expect you to clean your house for a Tupperware party but if you are having a cooking theme you may like to clear and wipe down the kitchen bench and perhaps the microwave (if you are using this).

fun tip: Baby Powder at the Beach

Keep a small bottle of baby
powder in your beach bag. When you're ready to leave the
beach, sprinkle yourself and kids with the powder and the
sand will slide right off your skin

Saturday, August 24, 2013

When should I have my party and how long will it take?

That depends on you and your guests. We hold parties anytime from breakfast to supper (and sometimes even later), weekdays and weekends. The choice is yours!
The average Tupperware party goes for a few hours. The product demonstration is a fairly short part of this however most of the guests will have questions and will appreciate help placing their orders. This is where the Demonstrator will spend time providing individual advice to ensure each guest can make an informed decision regarding their purchases.
If you require a particular timeframe for your party discuss this with your Demonstrator. They will be able to cater for anything from a quick ‘Stop’N Shop’ in under an hour to a leisurely cooking workshop.
