May Seasonal Foods & 60 Second Ice Cream


  • apricots
  • artichokes
  • arugula
  • beans
  • cherries
  • cheese
  • eggs
  • grains
  • lemons
  • nectarines
  • oranges
  • peaches
  • pears
  • peas
  • plums
  • rhubarb
  • salads
  • strawberries
  • tangerines
  • tea

Quick Strawberry Ice Cream

what you will need:
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar

what you will need to do:
  1. Place all ingredients into the Quick Chef with blade attachment. 
  2. Cover and turn handle until strawberries (or other fresh or frozen fruits) and cream are blended and the mixture is the consistency of soft ice cream. 
  3. Place into Ice Prisms™ Small Bowls and serve immediately.

For best results, do not freeze after preparing.

  1. What a wonderful way to make ice cream. I grew up on Tupperware and it brings back memories. Tupperware has changed for the better, of course.
