Blueberry French Toast Casserole


What you will need:


What you will need to do: 
  1. Slice the bread into large triangles. Set aside. 
  2. Crack eggs into TupperWave® Stack Cooker 3 Qt./3 L Casserole.
  3.  Add milk, syrup, seasoning blend and salt. Whisk until combined.
  4.  Add bread slices and press bread down into the custard to submerge. 
  5.  Sprinkle blueberries on top
  6. Place Cover over Casserole and microwave at 50 percent power for 12 minutes, or until the casserole has puffed and risen, and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. 
  7. Let rest, covered, five minutes. 
  8. Serve with additional maple syrup.


Serves 4
Serving size: ¼ of casserole or (4 oz./115g)
