Sweet corn and pecans are autumn staples in Southern states. The pecan pesto adds rich, toasty flavor with lots of good- for you monounsaturated fats.
2 ears sweet corn
2 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley
2 tsp Parmesan cheese grated
3 1/2 tsp extra virgin oil
3/4 tsp Simple Indulgence Italian Herb Seasoning Blend1/8 tsp kosher salt

What you will need to do:
- Fill water tray with 1 3/4 cup water. Place corn in Steamer Base and place Steamer Base on top of the Water Tray.
- Place chicken in the Colander Tray on top with pepper and place Colander Tray on top of the Steamer Base.
- Cover and Microwave on high power for 14-16 minutes.
- Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients in base of the Chop N Prep Chef and pull cord 5-6 times to process until ingredients combine to form a pesto sauce. Top chicken with pesto and serve with corn.
